Mx are convinced work on our appeal is going ahead. Yes it didnt get completed by the 15th Dec so we have a new timeline but presumably there is not a lot of collating etc left to do. Just a decision. 1 man, ten minutes to read the public servants recommendation and done. So I dont see Covid 19 having a big impact on that. Presumably the file the EA people were waiting on from the DMRE arrived in the week before the 15th. They start back on the 8th I think so they have 3 weeks to meet the new timeline. Seems achievable to me Covid or not. We'll soon know.
