DEFF Minister = Barbara Creecy, who will ultimately decide on lifting the EA suspension or not. I think this ann. will be the biggest catalyst for the SP rise, as this seems to be the biggest hurdle, and once overcome eventual granting of the MR afterwards will be a foregone conclusion.
DMRE Minister = Samson Matashe, responsible for approving the licence after the EA is lifted and ultimately giving us the status of 'Mining Right Approved'.
Mining Permit then submitted to Mineral and Petroleum Titles Registration Office, once this is done extraction activities can commence.
