Or they dont like foreign investment. We dont see ourselves as interlopers, maybe they do. Australians are used to Foreign Investment in our resources. Maybe others have a different view. Who knows or a combination of both, they dont think it is important because we are foreign investors. We will get there in the end, that is what matters, after the licenses are given we will have very little to do with these depts hopefully.
