There was no date on the MRon the recent ann. The date was for the recommendation to be submitted to the minister for final decision/sign off. Then after this, hopefully prompt DMRE to finalised the MR. So MR probably would be April or May. Same time as BFS. Hopefully before so that there will be more impact brought by the bfs.
