We actually have a full EA approval, we are just undergoing the required process. We have 1 appeal that needs a decision with an 80% chance of being squashed.

The other 2 appeals are 100% squashed from the start as they are not relevant to the June EA approval decision

Now with the MR, this is not an If but when as per law, the minister needs to grant it to us if we satisfy all requirements on which we have already.

So technically, the one we are looking for is the squashing of 1 appeal.

Also another push for MR and EA appeal being squashed is the area or the mine needs rehabilitation before redevelopment and the only way for this to be funded is to have it mined first. Plus other factors worsened by covid such as unemployment, recession, govt revenues.
