Also once vaccine is rolled out fully late 2021, will everyone take it? Remember Flu vaccine uptake is pathetic, even on healthcare professionals and flu kills hundreds of thousands of people as well yearly.I'm a flu vaccinator, for Healthcare professionals, and we need to almost force it on the staff. We do promotions like free gadgets on who will take the vaccine. Even right now, I know a lot of Healthcare professionals not wanting to have future covid vaccine even if they have witnessed some of their colleagues dying from it.
So we might have a vaccine but will people take it? For vaccines to become effective we need to have a good uptake for it, as immunity works if it will be a herd immunity and not individual.
