The point raised by @Feral54 is exactly my thoughts. Whether there is a carry over from each fortnightly meeting of cases that have not been approved during that meeting. With any logical thought one might expect if this were the situation then the meeting would be weekly rather than fortnightly to ensure all cases were dealt with. However a logical approach and SA burocracy does not sit well in the same sentence.

Nevertheless should now be a matter of timing and now that @GT55 has clarified the current situation there is every chance we will see an upwards adjustment in the SP prior to the granting of the ML in one of the next two committee meetings. Hold strong and be happy !!
