I think if MQ had published a timeline, we know it would not have been met and that would be just more criticism as time was not in his control - so just have to accept things are progressing and being pushed as much as WWI can but its in the hands of the SA Gov process so just have to be patient, you know the $$$ are there, just wait for them to flow to us all..
