    Regardless of the share price, the board will not let it go cheap. MQ has nearly 40 million shares, he wont give it away for nicks. The only way they could get it cheap is hostile takeover of tte listed company, the board will recommend not to sell, then its up to shareholders whether they accept the lower price or not. Though a hostile takeover at 15 cents might get across the line.
