I'd say it would in the current weak SP environment ... a predator might even try lower just to see how many would take the low ball offer ... with WWI plan very slow ramp up toll treatment hasn't helped the market Buying interest ...
Personally I'm even happy taking HMY scrip ... if they offered 57-60mill HMY shares for the WBP I'm sure many would take it ...
