i think it would be a bit different now, as coming from MQ himself, the ball is in our court now so mgt cannot blame someone else. Sadly last year thats what the DMRE told them or what the timeline per the guideline indicates. I myself was even blasted on calling out the deff for not sticking to their own guidelines on timeline. Anywho, Any developments now would be on mgt and I beleive this is the reason why they don’t drip release Anns on every development. E.g. contractors hired and started bush clearing, underground team due to access mine shaft next week and developents on toll agreement. Even the recent change of mining GM was only announced in the ADU presi.
