Some people really doesn't know how to listen and read. Sigh. I pity them for real.

The new prospecting rights that will claw back the lost resource is a long term play as stated before.

Yes part of it are under housing developments but the key there is, the resource to be mined there is 2500m below ground. And access to it is through our current mining access. Meaning we can work on it 10-20 years down the line when our reserves in our 5 stages are on its final years. With less impact on whats on the ground.

As stated by MQ we have years to burn to get that new area ready throught the process of MR, EA etc.

And

And that gives us more and more leverage if ever there'll be any TO play. If ever.

Again read and understand. And don't just plainly downramp. I'm ok with contrarian views but at least put an effort to have a substantial info on it.
