Based on history Hulme was right all along that the 3 appeals would be dismissed 80-100% and those appeals were on the correct process.This one is not per process, not per mining charter and Hulme stated it MUST and will be squashed.
And above is going from history.
ImagineIf DMRE will even look into this appeal. The whole I mean the whole exploration and mining play worth Billions of dollars will be put down to drain. So this is not just about WWI. This is about the whole mining sector of SA.It will only need one precedent.
