Dragline, NGOs had a timeframe where they could submit their appeals. It is well past that point. It wouldn't make sense for Govt bodies to accept appeals months after the timeframes considering the timeframes were extended to accommodate Covid. It also woudn't make sense for govt to reopen appeals that are not new, critical arguments, as seems here that the appeal is based on historical submissions.

The MR grant was not accepted lightly, there was many months of back and forth and for the DMRE to turn around and throw that all out the window on a late appeal is completely irrational.
