Not a sure thing but very unlikely to carry much weight. Needs to have solid new evidence and reason as to why the MR grant is unlawful or unethical. Though nothing ever is a sure thing in the spec end, this is unlikely to prove much of a road block IMO. Also from the looks of it WWI will need to breach any terms if operations/development is to be put on hold. In the meantime its business as usual, and good luck finding a spec that doesn't have some degree of risk attached.
