I think one of the key things here is the following
If we hit midpoint in ore at 6500 tonnes @ 4.5 g T = 29,250 Grams = 950-1000 ounces per month.
If we say make $600 per ounce (1800-1200 AISC). We are looking at roughly $500k per month free cashflow.
What developer is making money whilst building?
$6 Million a year free cashflow (4.5 Million allow for 66%) with huge upside? Capped at $60 million?
