So what is the issue. The reformation of the SA dept of mines and environmental approvals seems a mirage. Following Pennyhauls timelines analysis the process should have been complete at least 1 week ago and his research suggests they have abided by their timelines in all recent decisions. So exactly why are we waiting. I understand Mx are saying early Nov but why the discrepancy. Are we waiting for the minister to sign off or has the process not been completed. Begs the question why have timelines if it then sits on the ministers desk for weeks. It also questions the validity of the alleged reformation. I'd prefer the decision be announced late this week or early next week anyway but I am curious as to why we wait, not necessarily unhappy about the wait itself. Also an update from the lawyers wouldnt be out of place. Surely they know how the process is going if not the decisions. Why cant they tell us where we are at? Mushrooms we are.
