How do you believe it was promised?
I dont recall reading WWI said we promise
I recall saying we expect the government to dismiss the appeal. I expect a lot from my government too and what they say and actually do within a given time frame are often far different.
In any case today's announcement they've put on a GM for mining; which you wouldn't do unless you really do plan to pull some gold out shortly; plus a small update saying we expect the MR soon suggests to me we are well on our way towards 2021 production
