I might add, probably needlessly that the count period in the legislation is simply ignored anyway so there is no reason that the appeal decision can’t come at anytime as PH says. He used to be our go to countdown man but has given in. So there is no reason why people couldn’t work outside this timeframe but the legislation gives them an opt out for that time period.
