This is from the 5 July update. Note the wording. They were "non-core" and did "not impact the proposed mine plan of the independent scoping study and current DFS". One would rightly have considered it to be immaterial. So IMO those posters expressing concern are genuinely entitled to do so. The co goofed up - it may not have been by design but they goofed up.
"The areas subject to the prospecting right, but not included in the mining right area, were deemed to be non-core and do not impact the proposed mine plan of the independent scoping study and current DFS. Upon granting of the mining right application the Company will restate the global MRE, allowing for any impact from the constrained tenement area, and is considering options to re-introduce areas that are of long- term interest.”"
