Please refer to my previous post where I said I spoke to the TYM company secretary and was informed that what is announced on the ASX is governed by the ASX. TYM cannot insist that news is published on the ASX if the ASX deems it not worthy of an announcement. If you have an issue with this I suggest you talk to the company secretary or the ASX compliance officer.
