The $40M Conductor?

The urgers on this site have done a fantastic job to get WIN's share price to where it is so congratulations. But really - has it gone too far?
When some poor soul paid 48 cents for some shares last week it effectively gave WIN a market cap of more than $50M (108M shares on issue). Allowing for the fact that WIN might have about $9M in the bank, it means that this latest conductor discovery is valued at $40M. For the record, the following companies have all found and drilled conductors in the Fraser Range. You can decide which have been successful:
Buxton Resources, Classic Minerals, Enterprise Metals, Matsa Resources, Mount Ridley, Rumble Resources, Sheffield Resources and of course Sirius. There are probably a few others as well but I hope you can see my message.
So why should a conductor with no soil geo-chem or gravity survey be valued so highly? Is it because Mark Creasy is involved? Well Mr Creasy also holds a great deal of acreage further north and on trend to Nova (some in the name of Bolgart Rise) but he did not vend them into WIN.
A few weeks back a number of spruikers kept parroting that WIN only had 88M shares on issue - well now they have 108M on issue. If you really want to look at a company with limited shares on issue you could do some research on your northern neighbour.
I sincerely hope that WIN does make a nickel discovery but in the meantime - don't over-value a conductor because there are plenty of them throughout the Fraser Ranges.
