If Steven can bring just one industry connection that results in a deal, if he just makes two or three key decisions per year that drive the business towards success, I would consider it money well spent.

When Invincible Brands came on board, the Crowd share price was nose-diving as revenues started to dry up due to the Regulatory framework impacting the business. Through the cash injection with the CNs and careful cost management, the Company now operates around cash-flow neutral.

It will be interesting to see the results of the planned online marketing campaign that was to commence this quarter and how successful it was.

Crowd is trading on a low EV multiple of 0.6, well below the current average of 3.5 (was 5.5) and at a MCap of around $13M represents a reasonable risk / reward scenario for the astute player.
