The proposal was to grant both Wayne McCrae and Peter Hutchison options. I intended to vote against the granting of options to either as I was of the opinion that the project was not far enough advanced to warrant my agreement.

The options vote for Wayne MCcrae was lost and it did not go to the meeting. Prior votint was against it. The one for Peter Hutchison was passed. I cast my vote against .

Should another options proposal be put forward I would vote for the granting of further options to these two gentlemen with the proviso that the quantity was not excessive and the options were to be issued at a realistic price.

The Rocklands project has reached the stage where I am comfortable in rewarding Wayne McCRAE nd Peter Hutchison for their mighty efforts.

They have done a truly remarkable job of bringing a struggling two bit explorer going nowhere to becoming a mining company going places.

How progress can alter one's opinion.
