1. the $380 billion will become a TRILLION - the normal overrun for military contracts is about 3:1 - so the $380 billion becomes $1,14 TRILLION
2. The panic by SCOMO to lie to France, to drop his very stupid first idea of getting the French to supply nuclear subs - but, to take the nuke donk out and replace with a diesel electric donk - because his old mate John Howard had banned nuclear power and put a nuke fear in Oz - and proceed with SCOMO's great sub disaster plan 2 - to go with the not great USA (who can't win a war to save itself) and with the dying power of the UK - for old times sake -------- to end up with US nuke subs that are a total misfit for protection of the Oz coastline - and only good for profit of US arms suppliers - who can't even keep up the nuke orders for their own mob
(but a way to sell off their old model crap at a huge price, whilst they try to build new ones for themselves - good one scomo)

2. that the great god adviser to SCOMO said - Scotty - go out and upset the Chinese - it's a really good idea --------------- so the grand SCOMO walked out of the church and spat on China - our biggest trading partner - and turned a business partner into an enemy ------------- way to go SCOMO
