    If you are suggesting her job is to be rude, arrogant, and frequently ill mannered; yes.

    Mr Tanner was anything but obfuscating, in my humble opinion.

    It depends on whether you are seeking useful information, or attempting to embarrass or create conflict for your own 'scoop' ends.

    Rubbish. That scenario reflects on the incompetence of the interviewer.

    Not necessary if the interviewer has researched the subject in reasonable detail; Andrew Denton is a prime example.
