Can someone explain the mind games behind placing an order for 70 million shares at 0.01 cents (that's a tenth of a cent not a cent)? It seems like the work of a ramper....other holders of the stock see the demand outweight supply and get excited thinking it is going off. So in turn they hold or hold for higher prices, thus inflating demand. Have I worked that out right? Can't see how an downramper benefit but maybe I am missing something.
