So 82Punter you want me to believe that somehow between when Adams was appointed a Director of SPX on the 25 Mar 2018 and when Penny West was settled on 11 December 2018, the Directors of VMC had no opportunity to accept or reject the Penny West deal?
Bosio was appointed a Director of SPX on 22 December, 2018.
