The ABC is effectively immune from defamation actions. It is free to defame without consequence.
Any person taking action against the ABC faces a Commonwealth funded organisation with bottomless pockets and ABC staffers on full pay for as long as it takes.
If the ABC is found liable the Commonwealth pays, the staffers just shrug and do it again.
The Liberals need to grow a pair and fix this.
