the lack of understanding here on this 'specialised' forum is only dwarfed by the willingness to post 3-4 posts in a row on one thread in order to clogg the pages and discourage people from solid conversation...and reading of the same !

every landlord will allow you to beautify his/her house !

well...rent another ie. APPROPRIATE property ! very simple ...
another point...spending money on buying a house is not consumerism...
spending money on clothes, travel, mcdonalds (wink wink passive!), tv, hifi,cars....thats where most people work and thats how you stimulate economy !
building (as necessary as it is) does not belong ...
120 000 people in retail lost their jobs already in Oz(that almost all of the workforce of mining industry)...get the point ?
