This thread is to highlight some of the concerns we should have about what is happening in PNG's political and resource arenas as it will affect Oil Search's ability to conduct future business there.

To bring you up to speed, PNG recently got a new Prime Minister (Marape) after the previous one (O'Neill) "resigned". Marape is very nationalistic and wants "PNG to be "the richest black Christian nation" in the world and is committed to reviewing resource laws.
