Geezus I would be selling if I were them, however they are slightly price insensitive (just send off the coupons / gains back to treasury, nice and slow, according to statements). But no they're not selling yet that we know of (and no the ECB has not been buying US govt. bonds, if you believe their accounts also)... In communicating that, we'd see serious crazy.
