    Like clockwork the accumulation goes on every day. 100,000s of shares traded in the last few weeks. With the top 20 holding 91% it will not take much to push the SP up rapidly and in mutli-bags for a fantastic return for whoever is gathering all this stock.

    Announcement of either the special meeting date or Kazakh govt. approval will light the fuse.
