After the BNB noteholders raising the middle finger to Babcock & Brown. People are a little tired of the 3 cup 1 pea tricks, even if this reset isn't a swindle, it still smacks of the holders of our money trying to bend the rules on the fly. BBI, be prepared for a good number of extra shares to be issued in 7 trading days time.
