If I may be permitted to speculate, the cash raise will be very unsuccessful, perhaps they will raise 0.5m to 1m. The short fall will then be offered to the usual parties.
It is quite possible that Cashels or other major holders will come up with enough cash to prevent immediate collapse. I note they have recently sold down at 0.5c+ so it would potentially be cash neutral for them.
I find it interesting that the shortfall may represent a controlling stake!
