It's all a little rubbery at the moment but if I recall correctly there is something like 42m PFC shares on issue at the time of relisting.
At $2C that gives it a mc of $84m with $55m in cash leaving $27m as "other assets". Lets say that half of those are the assets that include BKP and you have $13.5m as the value of PFC's share in the BKP assets.
BKP presently has a market cap of more than $28m (at 1.6c)with maybe a million in cash, the Georgina tenements and not much else.
