I admire and share your enthusiasm - but be realistic, the 'sophisticated investors' paid about $1.03m for 28m shares @ 3.78c per share (approx).

i know everyone wants to concentrate on the '10m shares @ 7c' but if you took the downramp line you could easily say '18m shares @ 2c' - in which case it is looking very, very overvalued.

the stock was probably due for a shake-out anyway, but lets see what happens when the P1 valuation comes in, along with anything else and then we can judge what this cap raising really means!
