    As detailed in the annual report, I believed that the last time central stated the following words (below) they lost a dismissal out case that resulted in one the biggest compensation of its kind in WA. We hear the following words yet again and relating to the US of A court case.

    "The action will be vigorously defended"

    What does it mean to contest jurisdiction, IMHO not good at all because it is being contents and the recognition of compensation payout in the state of Texas.
