Ive had this problem with quite a few companies in the past.

Under listing rules, isnt a company meant to detail any price sensitive announcements to the market. Clearly, this deal has been tied up from Nov. or else the company wouldnt have released that announcement indicating it was a major!

Management wouldnt have said that if they didnt think it was final, otherwise, should the partner bail, this would open a flood gate of lawsuits.

It is now mid Jan, and still nothing. that is 2 whole months, probably even more that management are aware of a binding deal.

Patience is thinning like my balding scalp!
