The biggest reasons for the erosion in the market cap and share price are:
- lack of any revenue what so ever to date, months into the original deal
- lack of any transparency what so ever on revenue expectations or its timing
- directors regular selling of shares
The expectation that has been worked into the market cap is slowly being unwound as the requirement for commercial proof builds.
