Lat night on Footy Classified, Eddie the pre-eminent news breaker was clearly strategically leaked the AFL news on a 7 pronged strategy to address the concussion issue.
I believe that the perennially struggling HIQ is part of the strategy and if you disagree you can sell to me as I put the lunch-money on at 1.8c.
Possibly because it was on late, none of the other media ran with the story.
