Just bear in mind that we are more than likely to have received an initial mining permit ("permit to mine") prior to 31 March which could quite easily propel the share price by 20-25%, and that to me is being fairly conservative.
I see the regulatory processes as being the only major obstacles now.
The sales contract will act as collateral to obtain external funding.
