Right on Chucke, this is typical twisting of figures by 'Pravda on the Yarra'.
He's confusing the spend of dedicated funds on LAMP Phase 2, and the deferred payment from Q2, etc.
Whilst the overall tenor of the article is probably fair enough, this superficial misquoting of figures must drive CEOs to distraction because NC will now have to respond with the facts, I guess.
