Golden Cross adds uranium to portfolio
Copper-gold explorer Golden Cross Resources Ltd plans to add uranium to its portfolio through the $3.3 million acquisition of King Eagle Resources Pty Ltd.
King Eagle has a portfolio of properties prospective for uranium, gold and nickel in Queensland and Western Australia.
The $3.3 million price tag for King Eagle includes $300,000 in cash and $3 million worth of Golden Cross shares at a minimum price of 5 cents each.
Golden Cross' flagship is the Copper Hill copper-gold project near Orange in New South Wales.
