And this is what cheeses me off (putting it politely) - these so called analysts and brokers overlook the fact that these costs blow out are a very common thing in the industry at the current environment and is really very difficult to control. It is now as natural as the sun rising in the morning and setting in the evening. As owen himself states, almost every company around the globe is facing costs blowout in the light of a tight labour market. And these analysts can not or won't accept these as now a very common thing. They downgrade a company for something completely beyond their control. Are they being naive? Or are they just sitting behind their desks completely oblivious to the facts in the industry at present. I say, if THEY can do a better job then let them.....................................
