If BNB goes belly up I've read that that will be great for BBP as the management contract can be voided.

I beleive that BBI has the same options but they will chose not to exercise it due to the BEPPA issue. They have negotiated a much better deal now anyway.

Apart from that I dont see why BNB should have any -ve impact on BBI / BBP except for guilt by association. Just more irrationality in an already irrational market.
