May I please vent my spleen??? It is difficult to see how last nights announcement was not a declaration of insolvency. Trading (as in not being placed under some form of administration) when knowingly insolvent is illegal... a company must be able to at all times pay its debts as and when they fall due... regardless of how real or unrealistic credit markets are!!!
The ASX is essentially shielding BNB and the like from their corporate responsibilities. Moroeover, they are saying everybody else can make their decsisons ahead of the shareholders and then the shareholder can have his/her turn on relisting.Quite frankly, the ASX is not an efficient market place...
I took a hit on a parcel of BBP and I'm a little annoyed that BNB let BBI and BBP as their precieved proxies take that hit!B##EYD#GS
That's better. Thanks!
