hoots you are correct it seems that in the DRC the going rate to get anywhere in the DRC is $30 million and you pay it as many times as they ask for it,. Though a 1 million dollar fee as a consultant is on the small end of fee’s for consultancy serviices. Of course it all depends on the scope of services and the time spent, which nobody on this forum has a clue on what was in his contract. We do no that it was independently reviewed by AVZ’s lawyers and approved by the board, hell I hazard to guess but I doubt our friends at mmga would get out of bed for less than $1million, maybe they can advice us what they are getting paid right now and by whom.
