I have actually met Amanda before and from what I know of her doubt she would take on a 3 year contract at a sinking ship and in turn be able to urn up to 5% of the company which several of you think to be worthless.
Plus not to mention the shares she already bought at higher levels....
To me this a typical case of show all the bad cards before you begin to lay out the good ones
Several of my "contacts" are contracted to CDR and many have in fact told me that they are extremely positive on the company and were personally visited by Amanda over the past 3 months.
In any case this will be a wait and see and then next 12 months are pretty irrelevent as I see it as it will be a case of stability and working to reduce bank debt by methods the market does not yet appreciate.
