Neither the utilities nor the government can ignore the biggest driver of energy generation change that is taking place.  The are signs are there that they are starting to take notice.

The fact that this has taken place against strong opposition (over many years), should tell them something.  I look forward to seeing where this will go when everyone pulls in the same direction.
